Údenáčová nátierka

2 údenáče, uvarený žĺtok, 20 g masla, 40 g cibule, jablko, lyžička horčice, soľ

Z údenáčov vyberieme kosti a rozotrieme ich uvareným žĺtkom, maslom a postrúhanou cibuľou. Pridáme postrúhané jablko s horčicou, dosolíme premiešame a natrieme na chlieb.
